  INFORMAL MUSIC CLASSES   for babies, crawlers, shufflers, first steppers, walkers and their parents and carers How to book Choose a location (see below) and  book  a class. Please put who's coming   in the box 'Names of Class Attendees' How to pay Online payment or by cash in person please (When you have booked you should receive a confirmation email which has details  of how to pay.   Do you need a helping hand with your garden? My allotment has been my garden  for the last 15 years. Mother Nature has almost overwhelmed me  a number of times,      but now I feel that she and I have reached a point  where  we  understand each other quite well.   I n the limited time we spend together   our combined efforts seem  to produce happy results,    which is a good thing.            I cannot claim that it is all plain sailing    and I have learned through trial and error,    green-fingered gardeners, books  and the great, big worldwide web. GO TO SLEEP

GO TO SLEEP When my daughter was about 7 or 8, rather than a bed-time story she would often ask me to play some ukulele for her. As much as the music helped her get to sleep she also liked to prolong the 'going to bed' bit and keep me sitting with her for as long as possible! I was an exhausted parent and would frequently fall asleep whilst playing and she would wake me up with a nudge saying 'Dad keep playing'!  How well I remember those precious moments and I'm glad that I recorded some of what I played so I can share it here. Perhaps it will help other beings, small, grown-up or in-between, to settle down and drift off to sleep.  😊  You can listen on.. Spotify Apple Music Deezer Soundcloud   and others...
